Welcome to Omnitranx. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our Payment Gateway Integration Services, related software, and support. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Omnitranx provides professional payment gateway integration, API development, and related integration services. Our role is limited to integrating third-party payment gateways and ensuring technical connectivity between your platform and the payment provider.

2. No Financial Processing
Omnitranx is not a payment processor. We do not collect, hold, or transfer any funds. All financial transactions, settlements, and charge backs are handled directly by your selected payment gateway provider .

3. Client Responsibilities
  • The client must provide valid and accurate credentials, documentation, and access needed for integration.
  • The client is responsible for maintaining compliance with the payment gateway’s policies, KYC, and legal requirements.
  • Omnitranx is not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect information or third-party service interruptions.
  • 4. Fees and Payment
  • All project fees must be paid as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Additional services, modifications, or support beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the integration service is delivered or access credentials are handed over.
  • 5. Data Security and Privacy
  • Omnitranx ensures that client data shared for integration purposes remains confidential and secure.
  • We do not store or process customer payment information.
  • Both parties agree to adhere to applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, if applicable).
  • 6. Third-Party Services
  • Downtime or service errors caused by third-party systems
  • Gateway approval or rejection processes
  • Transaction failures or refund disputes
  • 7. Intellectual Property
    All source code, scripts, or configurations developed by Omnitranx remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    8. Limitation of Liability
    Omnitranx shall not be held liable for:
  • Any loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from payment gateway downtime or misuse.
  • Security breaches caused by third-party platforms or client-side errors.
  • Unauthorized use of the integrated system.
  • 9. Support and Maintenance
  • Standard integration includes limited post-deployment support as per the agreement.
  • Ongoing maintenance or version updates can be provided under a separate service contract.
  • 10. Termination
    Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
    Upon termination, all pending invoices must be settled, and access credentials will be revoked.
